Carex now offers cold packs to make cold therapy and pain relief easier than ever. These packs eliminate the need for insulating covers and the Dual Temp design allows for direct contact with the body to provide penetrating cold therapy. The packs remain flexible even at freezing temperatures and can be kept in either the refrigerator or freezer. Available in a universal or black pad this product is excellent for clinical and personal use.

Not as advertised online

I have had this product in the past and loved it so was comfortable ordering it online. However what was delivered was clearly NOT as advertised and is clearly a decidedly inferior product. Very disappointed.

Product was way too expensive but I was somewhat desperate for an excellent gel ice pack for my lumbar spine. IT IS VASTLY SUPERIOR TO ANYTHING ELSE I'VE EVER USED, AND I'VE TRIED QUITE A LOT OF ICE PACKS. Long ago I had a similar gel ice pack that was only $15. This one was almost $60. If you can afford it, get it, and don't waste your time with inferior products. I depend on the ice pack due to severe arthritis in my back
