Not as advertised online

I have had this product in the past and loved it so was comfortable ordering it online. However what was delivered was clearly NOT as advertised and is clearly a decidedly inferior product. Very disappointed.

Product was way too expensive but I was somewhat desperate for an excellent gel ice pack for my lumbar spine. IT IS VASTLY SUPERIOR TO ANYTHING ELSE I'VE EVER USED, AND I'VE TRIED QUITE A LOT OF ICE PACKS. Long ago I had a similar gel ice pack that was only $15. This one was almost $60. If you can afford it, get it, and don't waste your time with inferior products. I depend on the ice pack due to severe arthritis in my back
