The Adult Air Hand Roll (HAL-101) comes with one soft and washable terrycloth cover, or in headliner removable cover for finger separator option.  This roll is a great option for the severely contracted hand.  The inflatable roll can easily slide through even the most contracted hands by pulling on the attached string.  Once in place, inflate the bladder to the desired size to promote extension.
