The Comfy Spring Loaded Goniometer Ankle Foot Orthosis is an excellent replacement for serial casting that allows progressive increases in ankle ROM. This product provides the same features as the Comfy Boot while also providing a spring load. The spring load in this orthosis provides a gentle push to ankle dorsiflexion as the foot goes into plantar flexion. The goniometer can be set and reset for the amount of flexion and extension desired.
