Used to negotiate tortuous vessels. Tapering of distal end of movable core provides gradual flexible tip transition. Tefcor (TFE-coated movable core) provides smooth advancement or withdrawal of the movable core. "J" configuration of wire guide tip facilitates advancement through tortuosity while minimizing inadvertent trauma to the structure. Supplied sterile in peel-open packages. Intended for one-time use.
