Prescribed by neurosurgeon for post cervical fusion. Jumped through hoops as it was not covered by my insurance. Company provided at no cost to me until the coding was changed. Developed migraine headaches with its use. As a trained Orthotist, I knew from the start that it was NOT a cervical device and immediately stopped its use. Doctor deferred to the company (Djo Global) or Don Joy. I refused to return the item due to an insurance fraud investigation. Interesting how this item is only good for 6 months. If you still need it......have to buy another one! $5,000-$10,000 for batteries and Velcro? Beware. Comparable products are much more affordable prices. This product doubled its cost to consumer in a 5–6-year span.

MRI shows good bone growth. But for the neck I don’t think it was the best for comfort. For lower back there was straps but I had to put it behind my neck. Batteries lasted pretty good. Easy to change the batteries. Case is nice for storing between use.there is an instant timer and it shuts off automatically. It keep track of the time. Pretty good I would say.
