Was originally told it was not in stock and would sip from the manufacturer in 7 to 10 days. Then told 2 weeks. Finally received in 3 weeks. Had been shipped from a private party in an eBay-marked box. Package was very shelf-worn and marked with a 2020 date and indicated a 1-year shelf life. Box was marked with a price of $39.99 but I was charged over $72. Called and was told to email customer support. I did, and sent pics of the product received. No response. Called again and was told I would be contacted by a supervisor in one hour. Never happened. Called the manufacturer and they informed me that the product was obsolete and had been discontinued, yet you still had it listed in your catalog.
