I intended to order an electrical cord for my "wired" Heine Omega 500 BIO that connects a battery pack to the bulb of the head unit. Instead, I received a charging cord that connects to the charging port of a mPack Unplugged battery unit of the wireless Heine Omega 500 BIO. I contacted your support department at (415) 683-7878 and was told I would be contacted by customer service. I would like to exchange this cord for the cord I need. I have photos of the correct end connector to see if the cord is available. I would appreciate a response to my email provided above, if possible. If not, then posting this review without reading it may indicate the type of customer service you provide.
