Poor Service

I had purchased labels for a project that was time sensitive. It took over a month for stock labels to arrive. In that time I was able to have a custom order done, and delivered. When I inquired about a refund, I was informed I have 5 days to return the item that took the company over a month to dispense. Even after I submitted shipping and tracking to the company I was told I have to wait 7-14 days for refund. Not the best customer service I have encountered.
