The Metron Value Lifting Boxes are equipped with multiple handle and grip options for lifting exercises. These boxes are perfect for teaching patients how to safely lift boxes and regain strength. The variety of sizes and weight allows for those lifting the boxes to increase weight or choose more advanced grip options as they progress.
