Return policy

I purchased a reposition pillow for my 3.5 year old invalid grandson,that was suggested by his mom. Unfortunately, the pillow did not "fluff" out to be used as needed for Alex. The pillow was not used. Unfortunately the shrink wrap n box were not saved. Because of this the product can not be returned. I feel that Dt Grayline horrible return policy buyers should be aware before purchasing anything as they won't be able to return their item. Thank you.

i got it for a friend that has had neck back hip issues when she used it she cried she coulnt believe how it took the pressure of her back and neck

So wonderful

This is a great positioning tool and helpful to keep my parent's arms and legs from getting hurt by the hard surfaces of their wheelchair. I only wish they had a lot more sizes to choose from.
