I ordered the Miami-j collar to replace my current one. Usually get them with insurance but I could not get to my orthotics. This is not the same as my old collar - definitely not the same quality. I ordered the exact model I have. I do not know if this is a change by Ossur or if it is different as I did not get it directly through an orhotist. It also is much less comfortable. I am dependent on this collar any time I am not lying in bed - permanently so this is an unwelcome change.
