Bendable Telescopic Mouth Stick
Bendable Telescopic Mouth Sticks are adjustable implement holders that are designed to aid the disabled and those who cannot operate hand-held tools without assistance. The mouth sticks are rigid, extremely easy to maneuver, and they can function as a pointer for pressing buttons and typing on keyboards. The sticks and mouthpieces are both latex free to accommodate patients with sensitive skin and allergies.
Practical Daily Living Aid
This user-friendly mouth stick will comfortably fit writing implements such as pencils, pens, paintbrushes, and more. Patients can adjust the distal end of the stick to create a more natural angle while writing or typing. A Y-shaped bite plate allows for maximum control and visibility when the device is being used. The mouth stick comes in two different lengths (14'-19' and 16'-23') to accommodate all users and a variety of tasks.
Instructions For Use
To use, apply protective sleeves to each section of the bite plate. Make sure all screws are tight and that the attachment is secure before applying any pressure to the device. Keep the bite plate angled downwards for the best results. Clean the sleeves, bite plate, and mouth stick after every use with hot, soapy water and/or 70% isopropyl alcohol to prevent bacterial growth.
