The Multi-Purpose Training bench is designed to provide a wide range of exercise opportunities in the comfort of your own home. The bench can be used with either free weights or a pulley system depending on the type of exercise being done. It is available in two neutral colors to fit into any home setting.

Bench Adjustments

Various exercises require different positions of the user to focus on specific areas. With this multipurpose bench, the seat back and bottom can be angled to allow for these position adjustments. The seat back be reclined all the way to a 0-degree angle and elevated up to a 90-degree angle. The bottom of the seat can be set at 0 degrees and angled to 10 degrees. These angles promote comfort and support while exercising to allow a diverse exercise routine while exercising at home.

Options and Additional Features

This bench is available in three options which include the multi-purpose bench, mobilization bench, or the angled bench. All available options are designed for home exercising and provide the user with a comfortable and supportive experience. The multi-purpose bench has a collapsible secondary bench which adds additional exercise opportunities. The foam topping to the bench is durable and provides maximum comfort.
