Our 100% cotton, USP Type VII gauze sponges feature dual radiopaque strands to help facilitate X-ray detection and reduce risk of sponge loss during surgical procedures. The 4" x 4" sponges have wavy filaments and the 8" x 4" sponges have straight filaments. Folded edges help reduce loose ends and unraveling. Sponges are low linting for clean packing.
